| Brian
Koeberle has 20 years experience as an attorney, sports
marketing agent, and negotiator. In short, he’s a
deal-maker. Brian is a graduate of Penn State University
(B.A. Political Science) and the Duquesne University School
at Law. While at Duquesne, Brian was Associate Article
Editor of the Duquesne Law Review, and Founder and President
of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society. He is licensed
to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and Hawaii. |

| Along
with being the managing attorney of the Koeberle Law Firm,
Brian is also President/CEO of Koeberle & Associates, Inc.,
a sports and entertainment marketing agency he founded in
1994. In that capacity, Brian has negotiated and drafted
hundreds of sports and entertainment marketing agreements
between athletes/entertainers and various companies. |

In
addition to his sports practice, Brian also serves as
counsel to a number of small businesses, non-profit
organizations, and individuals. He also serves on the board
of directors of several non-profits, including Ballou Skies,
Inc., and the King’s Mountain Property Owners Association. |

On the
academic side, Brian is widely published in the field of
legal issues dealing with sports, recreation and fitness.
He currently serves on the faculty of Robert Morris
University, teaching courses in Sports Law and Sport Event
Management. He is also a member of the Allegheny County Bar
Association, the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Hawaii
State Bar Association, and the Sports Lawyers Association.
Brian is married and the father of one son. |
